ETV offers the following pre-packaged video solutions for your band, business, or brand needs. All sessions include our pro staff to help you capture quality content. From reels to resumes, music videos to multi-camera live streams, we’ve got your digital media solutions ready to roll, at prices that can’t be beat!
Business Packages
🔹 Video Resume – $150/flat
- Video resume – one (1) video, between 30 secs and 2 mins filmed & edited
- 2-hour shoot at ETV (includes setup & breakdown)
- High-quality audio, lighting, & video
- Vertical or horizontal image capture
- Clients are encouraged to come with prepared scripts/materials
🔹 Social Media Reels – $300/flat
- Five (5) reels (up to 90 sec each) – filmed & edited
- 2-hour shoot at ETV (includes setup & breakdown)
- High-quality audio, lighting, & video
- Vertical or horizontal image capture
- Clients are encouraged to come with prepared scripts
🔹 Promo Video – $1,000/flat
- 1-2 min promotional video showcasing your business
- Filmed on location, or at ETV
- High-quality audio, lighting, & video
- Single-camera interview-style set up + B-Roll as needed
- Basic edit + two rounds of notes included
🔹 Multi-Camera Event – $1,500/flat
- Full event/seminar/class recording
- Recorded, or live-streamed*
- 2-4 camera setup for dynamic coverage
- Client supplied stills / graphics (logo, event flyer) can be included
- Filmed on location, or at ETV (*requires ethernet connectivity at the location)
Musician Packages
🔹 Option 1: Music Video Capture – $150/flat
- 3-hour lockout for shoot at ETV (includes setup & breakdown)
- High-quality audio, lighting, & video
- Clients can film using our camera, their camera, or their mobile device
- Use of green screen, white wall, our curtained backdrops, or your own backdrop
- Designed for filming various takes of 1 song from a variety of angles
- Clients can bring a variety of outfits, instruments, props, etc
- No pyrotechnics, open flames, explosives, fireworks, or similar materials allowed
- Appearances by any performances should include proper release forms
🔹 Option 2: Social Media Music Shoot – $150/flat
- 2-hour lockout for shoot at ETV (includes setup & breakdown)
- High-quality audio, lighting, & video
- Vertical or horizontal image capture
- Clients are encouraged to film portions of 3-5 songs, perfect for reels
- Clients can bring a variety of outfits, instruments, etc
- Clients can film using our camera, their camera, or their mobile device
- No pyrotechnics, open flames, explosives, fireworks, or similar materials allowed
- Appearances by any performances should include proper release forms
Photography Packages
🔹 Option 1: Product Photo Shoot – $150/flat
- 2-hour shoot at ETV (includes setup & breakdown)
- High-quality LED lighting available
- Clients may use their own lighting as needed
- Tables, grip gear, and supplemental materials available
- Clients are encouraged to bring supplemental materials, as needed
(Ex. table cloths, fabric, props, products / samples, client logos, etc)
- No pyrotechnics, open flames, explosives, fireworks, or similar materials allowed
🔹 Option 2: Photo Shoot – $150/flat
- 3-hour shoot at ETV (includes setup & breakdown)
- High-quality LED lighting available
- Clients may use their own lighting as needed
- Chairs, grip gear, and supplemental materials available
- Clients are encouraged to bring supplemental materials, as needed
(Ex. fabric, props, products / samples, client logos, etc)
- No pyrotechnics, open flames, explosives, fireworks, or similar materials allowed
- Appearances by any on-camera talent should include proper release forms
If you have custom needs or have an idea outside the scopes of the packages above we encourage you to email us: info@easthaven.tv and we’ll be happy to discuss logistics and pricing! Please reserve your spot in advance. Clients are required to provide their own storage solution for all media (ETV does not offer long term storage of media files). Cancellations within 48hrs are subject to a 50% non-renewable charge. Additional editing is billable at $50/hour.
Video services depend on staff / equipment availability, and the nature of the event. ETV does not air promotional or commercial content via our traditional tv channels. We require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for any event to be considered. Events of a civic / educational / or those in the public interest can be recorded for free, depending on staff availability. Larger or more complex events, or content that falls outside of those formats will be considered as work(s) for hire. Contact Us with specifics and any questions!
ETV supplies all equipment and crew, including ATEM switcher, control/connectivity laptop, HDMI cabling for 1-4 cameras, wireless crew headsets, and basic audio support. We do not offer a remote lighting package at this time.
We suggest that requests for live streams be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date. Please include as many details of your event in your request as possible (Date, Time, Location, Duration, etc).
ETV will work with your team to determine any technical specifics needed for live stream, which may include such elements as: streamkeys, URLs, permissions, etc
Video livestreaming requires proper power and ethernet connectivity at the event site. ETV staff will collaborate with your team to ensure proper connectivity is possible.
ETV cannot stream every type of event. Please refer to our content guidelines.
